House Speaker Glenn Richardson vows to push for Sunday alcohol sales, despite Governor Sonny Perdue's open opposition.

The Governor says he would be in favor of alcohol sales at a baseball stadium in Atlanta on Sundays but would not approve of alcohol sales at convenience and grocery stores.

If the bill passes the House and is vetoed by the Governor, Richardson promises he'll call for an override vote when Legislature returns in January.
